The location was perfect and fantastic, for example, St Paul's Church was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the industrialized area so close to an industrial area with a sawmill as the closest neighbor and modern road network.

The hotel was beautiful. Full of character. A wonderful mix of old with new.
The food. It was expensive and none of my family of four enjoyed it. A real disappointment. My family would stay there again as the hotel itself is special but we would most definitely not eat there again.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms very large with good showers.
The location of this hotel was once probably wonderful as a country stay however, the factories have grown up around it and there is smoke spewing form a chimney right out the back deck.It is in the country side but close to many very industrial towns and not a pleasing area at all for travel. It is a long drive to san sebastan and other places we were hoping to visit.

The hotel is spotless. The building is very unique. The rooms are new, fashioned and good, sized. The beds are comfortable. The staff and management are very amiable and extremely friendly. The hotel has a fantastic incredible location. It is situated next to a factory. It is only a 20, minute drive from the Hungry Tree.

traditional spainish and different which is what we were looking for with an excellent restaurant. The evening meal was superb value for money with 6 courses for 24euros ! unfortunately they didnt speak much english and we didnt know what we were getting. The room was unique with high domed ceiling and balcony.bathroom/shower was excellent and very clean. Lifts were available for disabled guests.they tried to be helpful with limited comunication.
Comunication,They couldnt speak much english and our room had limited disabled facilities our bathroom had three steps down to it ,even though I had requested a disabled room.

Family-run hotel with a charming, homey atmosphere and adorable grandma helping in the kitchen. The breakfast was splendid, offering a wide variety of delicious sweet and savory options. The rooms were cozy and quiet, thanks to the thick walls and stone vaulted ceilings. The private off-road parking was convenient. The location was ideal, with a short drive to the nearby town worth visiting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, even accommodating a late dinner and offering us food for our journey. Highly recommended!
